In 2142, humanity has lost everything because of wars and pollution destroying the Earth.
Some of the survivors master a technology capable of restoring some nature by using this pollution as an energy source. They plan to sacrifice the most miserable of them to get more power.
How far are we willing to go?
I have little to say about it. A beauty and a mastery of animation that doesn't age. A very special Asian poetry. And a subject that is close to my heart. Humanity continues to destroy its most valuable asset. Meanwhile, utopians and dreamers create this kind of work, hoping to be emulated. Inspiring....
